  • Yes! Magazine Depot accepts both new and renewal orders for most magazines. Renewals are a great way to keep your favorite publications coming year after year. Please note that a small number of magazines may not be available for renewal, but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

  • The delivery time for the first issue of a subscription typically ranges from 30 to 120 days. This is because publishers often print magazines months in advance and allocate issues based on the number of subscribers at the time of printing. Here’s a general guideline:

    • Daily magazines: 4 to 8 weeks

    • Weekly magazines: 6 to 10 weeks

    • Monthly magazines: 8 to 12 weeks

    • Bi-monthly/Quarterly magazines: 10 to 16 weeks

    We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.

  • At this time, Magazine Depot only offers subscriptions to customers within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our services in the future.

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer individual back issues of magazines. Our focus is on providing current and future subscriptions to ensure you receive the latest content.


  • If it has been more than 12 weeks since the order was placed and you have not received your subscription, please contact us. We’ll reach out to the publisher or processing center to investigate the status of the order and provide you with an update.

  • Item Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to issue refunds. This is because we remit payment to publishers and payment centers immediately after receiving your order. However, if an error occurs due to our actions, we will gladly refund or credit your remit cost. Please contact us if you believe there has been a mistake on our end.
